汽车轮毂的拓扑优化设计

3 小结

本文通过有限元和拓扑结构优化理论相结合的方法对轮毂进行了拓扑结构优化,优化后重构的新模型在力学性能上满足使用要求,重量上比优化前减轻10%左右,材料性能得到进一步的有效利用,轮毂的结构轻量化设计得以实现。

The topological optimum design on Automobile Wheel

Abstract: In order to realize lightweight design of aluminum wheels, this article adopts topology optimization concepts as theoretical basis, combines finite element analysis technique, has done the lightweight research in the light of the specific aluminum wheels’ model. This article sets up the finite element models respectively with the spoke and Hub-centric parts as design variables, and optimizes spoke parts and Hub-centric parts using topology optimization, also redesigns the model and verifies the performance according to the topological optimum results. Research shows that the new model’s weight reduced 10% compared with the former model, material property further got effective application and realizes the lightweight design of automobile wheel.
