5 结论

本文通过试验和计算对某车型后保险杠的低速碰撞性能进行了分析,针对不合格项提出了改进方案,在多轮计算后提供了满足要求的解决方案,且试验对标性良好,减少了整个试验费用和项目评定时间。

Abstract: When the vehicles impacted in low speed, it s' frontal bumper is useful to protecting itself. But the protecting capability needs to be indeed evaluated. According by ECE R42 regulation, frontal bumper model is established by HyperCrash, nonlinear simulation analysis is carried out by RADIOSS to evaluate the crash performance of the rear bumper.
