4 结论
在前端模块支架及其附件的设计过程中,借助优化软件OptiStruct的帮助有效提升了设计质量。改善并优化前端模块支架的结构,合理布置其筋的位置和厚度,并能有效降低整体结构重量。同时,在一些钣金件中,可以使用OptiStruct形貌优化功能,对钣金结构进行进一步优化并加强。最终使得产品拥有优质的性价比,并符合当今社会节能减排的要求。

OptiStruct Application In Design of Vehicle Front-end Module Bracket

Abstract: This paper discusses the application of optimization software Altair OptiStruct in design of vehicle front-end module bracket which uses the whole plastic or composite materials. OptiStruct is quite useful in design and weight reduction, and gives the exact parameters for front-end module bracket. While the weight of the bracket reducing, the safety and economy are enhanced. Some of the brackets with composite materials use the stamping parts for connection, OptiStruct could be used for the topography optimization, as a result, the stiffness of the structure could be improved.
