由计算结果可知,该型号的燃油箱最大变形发生在油箱底部。使用HyperMesh进行辅助设计,可以预测所设计燃油箱的最大变形量是否符合要求,降低了生成设计的盲目性,为产品的开发提供了可靠依据。

HyperMesh Application in Plastic Fuel Tank System

Abstract: In this paper, the mechanical strength of a plastic fuel tank was analyzed by using the pre-processing software HyperMesh. The simulation results show that the fuel tank deformation can be accurately predicted, which provides a certain reference to the design of plastic fuel tank.
