图2显示，在冲击过程中，座椅所受的应力和应变图。结果表明，在冲击过程中，座椅受到了很强的冲击，局部发生了较大的紧压变形。但并没有产生破裂等可能对乘员造成二次伤害的破坏。

4结论

本文前冲击分析利用HyperCrash很方便的进行模型的前处理，其对在冲击建模中所需要利用的各种工具进行了集成，极大的减少了建模时间，提高效率。在冲击分析中，RADIOSS求解器计算结果与试验结果相符性很好，说明RADIOSS在非线性分析中有很高的精度。
